"Seppeltsfield, founded in the Barossa in 1851, is a treasure trove of fortified wines with an unusually rich history. It's an honor to commemorate Lark's 30th anniversary with this cooperation, which has been synonymous with luxury for more than a century. A 100ml bottle of Seppeltsfield Vintage 1992 Tawny Para Liqueur is included in this anniversary bundle. There are hints of Lapsang Souchong on the nose, along with cherry custard and burned nuts, followed by fresh leather and pipe tobacco. Touches of smoke appear on the palate, followed by spicy blackcurrant crumble, heather honey, and dark chocolate. It has a lengthy, oaky finish that is really satisfying.
