The Tobala maguey is found growing naturally only within the highest altitude canyons within the shade of oak trees like truffles. Tobalas kind is totally different than the maguey Espadin (sword) or maguey Azul (blue). Tobala includes a sweet, fruity nose, with a mango and cinnamon style and long, additional sleek end. The pueblo is encircled by a mountainous, tropical microclimate.
