This organic gin is made from a historic gin recipe that is sweeter than its London Dry counterpart, bridging the gap between modern "London Dry" gins and older Genevers. This Old Tom is definitely of the Dodd's family, sweetened with licorice root in the botanical mix for the feeling of sweetness and a delightful mouthfeel. On the palate, the juniper is carried by the sweetness of large licorice root until the citrus notes of lemon and lime peel cut through.
