In the event you are not satisfied with the products purchased from Liquorkart, please email us at email@example.com with your order details and explain your concern.
We may provide refund & replacements in following occasions.
1. You are not satisfied with the quality of purchased product.
2. If you receive the wrong product than what you ordered.
3. Product is damaged in shipping.
4. Product is missing in shipping.
5. Any other reasonable conditions where refund and replacements are applicable. Liquorkart reserves the right to decide on that.
We request you if you are not happy with the quality of product, please try only one bottle and then let us know. We will arrange for the pickup at our own freight cost and we will provide you with full replacement or refund of your purchase.
If we notice that customer is violating our returns & refund policy, we reserve the rights to suspend or cancel their account and any transaction.
