RETURNS & REFUNDS


At LiquorKart, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you purchased, please contact us at support@liquorkart.com.au within 4 days from the day of delivery date, providing your order details and explaining your concern. We recommend trying only one bottle and then contacting us. We will arrange for a pickup at our own expense. Upon receiving the returned item, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement.

  3. Wrong Product or Damaged in Shipping:
  4. In the event that you receive the wrong product or your order arrives damaged during shipping, please email us at support@liquorkart.com.au within 14 days of receiving the order. Include your order details and provide a description or photograph of the issue. We will investigate the matter promptly and arrange for a refund or replacement, as appropriate.

  6. If any product is missing from your order upon delivery, please contact us at support@liquorkart.com.au within 14 days of receiving the order. Provide your order details, and we will look into the matter and take appropriate action to ensure you receive the missing item or provide a refund for the missing product.

  7. Defective Products:

If a product you have purchased from LiquorKart is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described, or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will cheerfully refund your money, exchange the product, or, where possible, arrange for repair. Please contact us at support@liquorkart.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate a claim. We may request valid proof of purchase, such as the original receipt, tax invoice, credit card statement, or My Account statement.

  9. Change of Mind Returns:
  10. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may reconsider your purchase. If you have changed your mind, you may return the product within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that it meets the following conditions:

    • The product is within its use by or best before date.
    • The product is still in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
    • The product is in a resalable condition.

    Please note that alcoholic beverages cannot be returned if the seal is broken due to legal restrictions. The return shipping cost for change of mind returns will be the responsibility of the Liquorkart.

    • LiquorKart reserves the right to determine the eligibility for refunds and replacements.
    • If it is found that a customer is repeatedly violating our return and refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel their account and any associated transactions.

Payment and Refunds Policy:

  2. Please be aware that ordered items remain the property of LiquorKart Australia until the full payment amount is received from the customer. Once the payment is confirmed, the items will be packed and dispatched to the recipient's address.

  3. Partial Payments and Payment Gateways:
  4. When using our payment gateways, customers have the option to make partial payments for their orders and cover the remaining amount interest-free over subsequent weeks or months. LiquorKart Australia will retain possession of the items until the total order value is obtained and reserves the right to revoke the order in case of any discrepancies.

  5. Technical Issues and Pricing:
  6. In the event of technical issues resulting in an incorrect or heavily discounted product price, any orders placed for products affected by such faults will be canceled. Any payments made will be promptly refunded to the customer.

Rainchecks:

If an advertised product is out of stock during a promotional period, please contact our customer support team to inquire about rain check availability or alternative options. Please note that rain checks may not be offered for online sales and for products clearly marked as "limited stocks only" or "while stocks last."
