Adams Whisky is handcrafted in copper pot stills designed by the company. To assist develop its distinct flavor profile, they use a blend of malted barley. The 'best of the best Signature series' pure cask strength expression still contains the same Bourbon Casks, Sherry Casks, and some cheeky Pinot Noir Casks, but their beauty is let to shine as mother nature intended. The bourbon is sweet and dominates on the nose and palate. Sherry casks add deep red fruit tones over the center, while Pinot Noir casks slightly dry the end before a wonderful spicey long tail that seems to go on forever.
