Infused with locally obtained Sloe berries and steeped in Gin for 6 months to make an outstanding Sloe Gin, Adam & Adam were not satisfied. The Sloe Gin is then aged and matured on lightly toasted and charred ex Pinot Noir casks. Adams Distillery has created a completely unique expression of an old English classic with this sweet, thick liqueur. Sweet cherry and dark plum flavors are blended with all the complexity of premium Port-style wines, and the barrel adds balance and a superb mouthfeel. Perfect in a Sloe Gin Fizz or to add a nice twist to a Negroni.
