An experimental gin made from thousands of hand-pitted Tasmanian cherries macerated in high-proof Anther Gin. The Cherries are sourced from Spreyton Farm in northern Tasmania and contribute to the gin's complexity of flavor and luxurious rich red color. Anther Cherry Gin 2021 is a dark red gin with a juniper kick and delicate sweet earthy notes. On the palate, there are flavors of creamed cherry nectar and grapefruit juice with hints of pepper and pine, as well as late lemons and herbal tea notes that lift the finish. It works well as a gin to drink neat or as a base for creative cocktail creations.
