The botanicals in Bass & Flinders' Gin include juniper berries, Angelica root, licorice root, and lime. This amazing spirit was created by distilling local wine in an Alembic Pot Still. This gives the spirit its distinct flavor as well as a smooth finish. Gin is made in small batches on the third distillation by vapor infusion. This incredible gin appears to be crystal clear. It smells like fresh lemon peel, coriander, and juniper. On the palate, it's light and dry, with hints of juniper, citrus zest, and pepper. It is dry and clean on the finish.
