Chimay Dorée is brewed with water from an underground well (-40 m), pale ale malt, Hallertau hops, curaçao, coriander and the Chimay house yeast (used for both the main fermentation and the re-fermentation).
Chimay, Belgium, as "Speciale De Poteaupré". This beer has been previously reserved for use solely by the Chimay Trappists Monks.
Refreshing with a nice amount of spiciness. They say drinking this takes you one step closer to enlightenment!
