The method starts with honest Trade Certified sugar cane from Belize and ends in your glass with the best tasting rum we've ever had the pleasure of drinking. Our sugar cane is full-grown victimization organic and property farming ways on tiny farm plots. every stalk is rigorously hand-harvested to maximize the yield and defend the land.
