The GlenDronach contains a fine reputation for excellent sherried scotches and contains a cult following among whisky lovers thanks to an excellent core range and unique single cask releases. The core range is non-chill filtered, with no coloring. This whisky harks back to the times, over 200 years ago, once they used burn peat towards the top of the kilning method. Still aged in Sherry and Port casks. therefore expect the same high standard however this time with peat! On the palate flamed orange peel and maple, clove-studded orange, and cooked orchard fruits. The end has smoke alongside juicy forest fruits.
