They use a unique combination of chosen botanicals – including local Belfast Black Mountain heather – and ancient, time-honored methods to make and distill the spirit. Right on the nose Big, bold juniper and pine notes are balanced with coriander and fresh citrus. On the palate, this classic gin becomes more complex. It begins with citrus and juniper and progresses to pepper, green angelica, and a slight rootiness.
