This 10-year-old single malt is abounding with sweet aromas of delicate honey & granulated sugar with floral notes of apple blossom & red fruits. The whisky has been finished in 30-year-old fortified wine casks – these vast European oak casks imbue deep fruit notes of baked plums, ripe red grapes & offer the liquid its deep amber hue. the flavor is rounded out by beautiful notes of oak & treacle before a protracted lingering end of made, semi-sweet chocolate. do this straight up, with simply a drop of water to unharness its aromas. Copper Alley is next to Christ Church Cathedral in Irish capital – an opportunity juxtaposition of the celestial and therefore the infernal. By day, the high-born and therefore the pious crammed the area of the cathedral. By night, they crowded the raucous taverns and bordellos of Copper Alley, consorting with an all-time low of the low in wild and wanton abandon.
