Aqua Vitae, a multi-award-winning handcrafted botanical spirit, is created on-site using spices, dried fruit, and locally grown green herbs including Douglas fir and sweet cicely. It's wonderful as a mixed drink or cocktail base, with citrus overtones and sweet and spicy flavors. Lindores produced the first Aqua Vitae in 1494, and they have faithfully replicated that formula and reimagined it as an inquisitively flexible spirit. The lemon verbena keeps the dried-fruit-like raisin and date aromas and tastes balanced and fresh, a nice blend of flavors and textures, with an exciting harmony of flavors and a pleasant aftertaste.
