Since 1832, the Inga family has been active in the production of liquors and spirits in Sicily. Years of expertise led to the establishment of their first plant in Piedmont in 1930 when Gaetano Inga decided to bring back the traditional Amaro Gambarotta. My Grappa is prepared from only premium, first pressing pomace. It is distilled in traditional copper stills before being aged in small oak casks, giving it an extraordinary mellowness. It appears to be Brilliant gold. Aromatics on the nose are fresh, lifted, flowery, and grapey. In the end, it's vivacious, intense, and quite long.
