This single malt was made in 2009 and matured for more than 11 years in a batch of seven hogsheads from Mannochmore distillery. The Reserve Casks of Single Malts of Scotland are a flavor-driven exploration of fine single malts bottled in small batches of four to ten casks. Right on the nose An instant hit of lime-and-dill pickle and the pleasantly strong aroma of hay bales stacked in a summer field. A lip-smacking feast of a dram, with a big showing of fresh, zingy, and exquisite flavors.
