This whiskey is a pleasantly easy-drinking whiskey matured in a blend of ex-bourbon barrels and virgin Spanish wood from Galicia. It has enticing spiciness and juicy fruit. Right on the nose Plenty of that traditional toffee-popcorn aroma, I find in grain, as well as a hint of black pepper, floral aromas, and pencil shavings.
