Redbreast Lustau Edition is a one-of-a-kind collaboration between the Bodegas Lustau and the Midleton Distillery, manufactured from a mash of malted and unmalted barley and triple distilled in copper pot stills. The ultimate sherried style of Redbreast has spent its final maturation journey in casks seasoned with the best Oloroso Sherry in the Bodegas Lustau. Right on the nose dark fruits, prunes, dates, and figs are infused with licorice, marzipan, toasted wood, and aromatic spices. On the palate: Silky smooth Pot Still with robust spices balanced by the richness of the sherry finish and the contribution of fresh Spanish oak.
