Suntory World AO Whisky 700ml

Suntory World Whisky AO is a whisky release that includes whiskies from five countries: Scotland, Ireland, the United States, Canada, and Japan. The name "Ao" means "blue" in Hawaiian and refers to the color of the ocean. Beginning in April 2019, the initial availability will be limited to Japan. The world's first blended whisky, made from grain and malt whiskies produced by Suntory distilleries in the world's five major whisky-producing regions, and finished by the skill of Japanese blenders. This fantastic whisky is pale to medium golden orange in color. Bright and spicy on the nose. Oak, ginger, cardamom, honey, citrus, rye spice, and vanilla are all present. Orange, quite fruity, fresh plums, lots of cherry, berries, and honey on the palate. It has a long finish with hints of honey, berries, and spices.
