Balcones Texas Pot Still Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a full-bodied, multi-award-winning bourbon with bold flavors. Grain-to-glass distillation with a classic pot still yields a rich, viscous spirit that withstands aging in newly charred wood without losing its identity. Made using a four-grain mash (wheat, corn, rye, and barley) and matured in virgin wood barrels for 24 months. Toffee apples, sesame seed crackers, cornbread, Christmas spices, and toasted wood dominate the fragrance. Vanilla, milk chocolate, honeyed pecan, leather, nutmeg, and garden herbs dominate the flavor profile. Maple syrup, vanilla, charred wood, and delicate spices dominate the finish.
