Derrumbes San Luis Potosi Mezcal 700ml

Derrumbe's third expression is a dessert mezcal made entirely from the extensive wild agave Salmiana Crassispina that grows naturally in the San Luis Potosi High Plateau. A puckering sour fruit note is balanced by a sweet and candied cooked agave note. The smoke is well-integrated, as is the stoniness from the nose, providing a rich and warming background of peppery spice and campfire notes.
