IXA Tequila is made with fully matured agave plants. Agave grows vertically on mountain cliffs. IXA tequila is made by using traditional techniques. These technique involves clay oven steaming, and fermenting & distilling with agave fibres. All this produce a balanced, flavourfull tequila. This has notes of rich and complex gave, herbs, and clay, with a buttery soft and elegant finish.
