Beenleigh Port Barrel Rum 700ml

The Port-Barrel Infused Rum from Beenleigh is an Australian icon's limited edition offering, with the release simply being a chance to offer the public something different and tap into an untapped market. After seven years of aging, the rum was aged in both American oak barrels and ex-port barrels. Because Beenleigh uses Rocky Point Sugar Mill molasses in all their products, the Port Barrel may one day become a fixture product for their line. Only available in 700ml bottles in Australia. Nutty undertones enhance the flavors of raisin, caramel, toffee, and vanilla. Rich raisin notes, sweet spices, burnt toffee, and a hint of citrus. A complex seven-year-old Rum that can be enjoyed as a winter warmer or paired with desserts. Serve either neat or over ice.
