It demonstrates the wide range of stills and styles used to create this pure Batch Kettle Rum. This outstanding Rum is aged in American white oak barrels for up to six years. The fermented liquid is added to the distillation process and gradually depleted in this type of batch distillation. Rum has a delicious balance of sweet, fruity, and floral notes. The toasted caramel notes and intense red fruit flavors on the palate are complemented by notes of wood tannins, leaving a smooth, sweet, as well as lingering finish.
