An older blend of rums aged mainly in barrels from Kentucky and Missouri, this old rum is aged three to four years. A highly complex rum with a subtle fruity undertone and a sense of perfect balance is being served by the HSE team. One of the lines of rum produced by HSE Rum Company is aged in x Cognac, Whisky, or Sherry casks, following a similar maturation process used with single malt Scotches. Blend of rums aged in bourbon barrels aged for three to four years. A deep copper color. A wonderful rum aroma that includes cinnamon, fruit cake, and maple syrup. A five-minute drink finds the accent shifting towards liquorice and brown sugar. In addition to dried grass, vanilla, banana cake, and a delectable dried mango taste, this delivery is lively and fresh.
