J M Rhum Agricole VO Vieux Martinique Rum 700ml

J M VO rum is produced exclusively from sugar cane grown on the slopes of the Habitation Bellevue, following the ancestral traditions of the House. A minimum of 3 years have been spent aging this rum in white oak barrels - previously burned. The air-conditioned cellars at JM keep temperatures and humidity constant, ensuring a quality aging process. Fresh wood, warm spice, enticing field blossoms, and dried fruit combine to make this rum a true pleasure. Aromas of smoke and hardwood char from the BBQ are followed by flavours of dried cloves and figs, followed by a finish of liquorice and toasted sugar.
