Milton Rum Spanish Inspired Dark Cane Rum 700ml

Milton Rum Spanish was created using innovative technology inspired by the Spanish rum-makers of yesteryear. Spanish distillers were the most innovative in their time, having adopted the first continuous column still. A slow and steady process of fermented molasses is used to create a light, delicate spirit. Alexander Bell built his own continuous column still, one of the smallest in the world, by hand. The nose is light citrusy, with banana overripe, vanilla, hickory smoke, nutmeg and spice. There is a hint of vanilla and a mature oak flavour on the palate. On the finish, chocolate, spice, and vanilla provide a viscous and clean mouthfeel.
